Senior Engineer, Blackpool Borough Council engaged in major engineering projects including coast protection works, main drainage schemes, sea outfall/shore works, highway infrastructure works, airport pavements and sewer renovation, as designer and/or Resident Engineer.

Senior Consultant/Regional Director, James R Knowles, advising and acting for local authorities, commercial employers, contractors and sub-contractors in the settlement of disputes, contractual advice and administration in adjudication and arbitration proceedings relating to a wide variety of civil engineering, building and process construction projects.
